Delve Fonts (previously known as Delve Media Arts) is the independent type foundry of the highly regarded type designer, Delve Withrington. In business since 1996, located in Berkeley, California. Some of his fonts include Blot Test, Continuo, Delve Hand, and Peso. Withrington also created the terrific Type Books Web site, and he's also currently a type designer for Monotype Imaging. - Educational Fontware

A delightful Retro display font site with lots of fabulous, high quality fonts since 1996. I've watched this site evolve and grow (blossom!). In addition to their commercial fonts, they do offer some free fonts, too. You may recognize Fontdiner.com Sparkly, for example. Great font site. - Fonthead Design
Unique font designs. This company strives to design fonts that are a bit out of the ordinary, not what you see everywhere else. With several dozen to choose from, these fonts have a lot of personality, and are each distinctive and interesting. Sold by the volume (5 or so in a set), quite inexpensive. In business over 30 years, you can buy fonts online here from a variety of well-known designers (Jill Bell, Phill Grimshaw, Dave Sagorski, Carol Kemp, Tim Donaldson, and many more). In addition to TrueType and PostScript formats for Mac and Windows, you can also buy more than 1,300 of their fonts in OpenType format.
